ENTRY FORM

 Please bring Show entries to the Nikiski Recreation Center on Thursday, July 24th  10:00 am -3:30 pm.

Please print both Guidelines pages separately. Page two will be displayed with your item.

The show will be on Friday and Saturday, July 25-26, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.  No late entries will be 

accepted after July 24, 3:30 pm.

Entry Rules

1. A separate entry form is required for each item entered.

2. A  $5.00 entry fee must be attached to each item. Pin the entry fee and entry form (below) to the front, lower, right-hand corner of the item.

3. Be sure the dimensions of the item are included on the entry form.

4. All items must be quilted in some fashion.

5. All items must be clean, free of pet hair and odor free.

Post Show Pick-Up

Entries will be available for pick up at the Nikiski Recreation Center

on Saturday, July 26 from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
